Jason called the meeting to order at 6:00.
The new brochure was reviewed. It was approved without changes.
Replacement board member for Bryan Burger, who is unable to continue on as vice-president. Neil Kohl proposed a motion to appoint Gordie Reynolds as vice-president. Frank seconded. The motion was approved unanimously.
Gordon Reynolds moved to reimburse Neil Kohl $176.75 for expenses related to the web site and photocopying. Frank seconded the motion and the board approved the motion unanimously.
Gordon Reynolds moved to reimburse Jason Widdows $74 for expenses incurred repairing the fence. Frank seconded the motion and the board approved the motion unanimously.
Gordon Reynolds moved to reimburse Julie Waring $60 for wood for a sign for the park. Frank seconded the motion and the board approved the motion unanimously.
The board unanimously decided to grant Walt Gilpin 1 year free membership in exchange for work he's done on the park. Effective 12/04 through 12/05.
The board decided to investigate the possibility of holding a fundraiser for the park at the 700 Club in February or March of 2005.
Neil will ask Janet about sidewalk repairs and email information to Randi.
There being no further business before the board, the meeting adjourned at 7:00.
