Minutes of the Friends of Orianna Hill Park Board Meeting

Board members present:

Jonathan Sher, Pat Mahoney, Neil Kohl, David Wieck, Lara Kelly, Tim Boylan, Bryan Burger, Irene Lambrou, Jason Widdows.

Call to Order

Jon called the meeting to order at 6:10.

Agenda items

Treasurer's report

Added $60, current balance is $5445.

Old business

Irene: Still researching members-only park; presented revised wording for rules. Minor changes were suggested and approved. The sign will be posted on the gateposts and bulletin board.

New business

Conflict resolution: There is now a conflict resolution committee for handling disputes between owners. Jon, Jason and Tim are members of the committee.

Elections: Jon nominated as chair of the election committee. Gordie and Marion nominated. Irene seconded. Approved. Neil will create flyers and nomination forms post flyers.

Wood chips: Irene will call the Fairmount Park Commission to get on the wood chip waiting list and the Citizen's Alliance to help move chips around.

Snow removal: Jon will use flamethrower on next big snowstorm. Jason will look into snow removal services.
