Call to Order
Jonathan called the meeting to order at 6:40PM.
Approval of Minutes

President's report
Things are going well. Estimated cost for installing a water tap at
the dog park is $3000 (based on installation at Seedy Acres community
garden).
Treasurer's report
Income $740; Expenses 235.18; Balance $6,592.
New business
Walt presented plans for Hound-o-ween. It will take place on Saturday
10/25 from noon to 2:30. There will be a break from 2:30 to 3, then
Free food at Ministry for members from 3 to 5. People will be able to
join or renew on the spot. Ministry will be closed so there will be
dog park people only and there will be happy hour prices for
drinks. Usual array of prizes including liquor; flowers;
cigars. Aanika is making a dog cake; Julie making people cake. There
will be free beer and hot apple cider at the park.
There being no further business before the board, the meeting was
adjourned at 7PM.
